Strobe. By selecting the make layer transparent option there is no second colour to change to making it appear to be flashing! Pretty nifty, I hate effects but this one is really useful to create the old school flashing cursor.

I like the idea of having the five logo hand drawn and flashing different colours throughout. IT gives a nice retro disco feeling.
