So this is what all the fuss was about. Overall I am pretty happy with the outcome as I had never done anything like this before. I think the '70s' colouring really goes with the subject matter and the stop motion at the end was another new media I hadn't used before which I think worked well as a finish. In particular I am glad I chose that piece of music as it lightened up the shoddier parts of the video....

For starters, I think the colouring could have been a touch more accurate but I again I think it adds to the shakey action of the camera and light hearted approach. I think that the perspectives could have varied a little but it was hard to establish shots that really summed up the routine taking place best possible. I think the few close ups were crucial to seeing the more intricate parts of the routines but could have been dropped in a little more subtly.
